Choosing Our Team Members
KidQuest Unlimited chooses its team members much like how a camp or a free-standing day care facility would choose its childcare workers. All team members have to:
- Pass a criminal and reference check
- Pass a personal interview and scenario questionnaire
- Supply satisfactory references relating to the care of children
In addition to the above, all team managers are required to:
- Be certified in infant/child CPR and first-aid
We invite only those persons who have displayed the highest ethical standards and qualifications per our requirements to join our team.

Our Team Members
Our team members are enthusiastic and have a genuine love for the care of children. All team managers are professional, infant/child CPR certified and have all cleared a stringent criminal and reference check before becoming part of our team. Team members are loving mothers, childcare workers, grandparents, educational & early childhood development students, teachers and those who have experience with the care of children.
