BOOKING MORE THAN ONE EVENT – Am I able to book more than one event at a time?  Yes.  We encourage you to do so.  Because of busy seasons it is possible that we could book to our full capacity before your next event.  Booking your events early or all at the same time can ensure your event receives the best rate.  Call our office at (513) 885-6935.  We will be happy to help you plan for future events, or click here to submit an on-line proposal form.

INFANT/TODDLER SUPPLIES - Do I need to bring infant/toddler supplies?  Yes.  When mom or dad delivers a complete bag of supplies, it makes for a happy baby.  Infant supplies should include: the appropriate number of diapers and wipes, a change of clothes, bottles or sippie cups, pacifier, beverages and baby food.  Other items to consider are diaper cream and favorite blanket/toy.

INSURANCE – Is KidQuest insured? Yes.  KidQuest Unlimited carries $2 million of liability insurance.

MEDICATION - My child is on a schedule to take medication, will KidQuest administer it? No.  KidQuest Unlimited and its team members do not administer medication of any sort to children.  If your child is on a schedule to take medication, parents are free to visit their child’s activity center at anytime to administer medication.  Only the parent that is identified in the parent-child registration is able to administer medication.

SECURITY – What security measures has KidQuest Unlimited taken to make sure children are safe in their care? KidQuest Unlimited works directly with the staff at each venue.  Our team members are easily identified by their logoed company attire.  We may photograph each parent or guardian with the child and use the photo and signature as identification for all check-in and check-out procedures, we will provide allergy and diabetic alert identifiers for children who may need them.  We may use other parent-child identifies as we see fit.  We keep safety first.

SNACKS/MEALS - What types of snack will you serve? With concerns about the health of children and child obesity on the rise, we understand the importance of children liking what they eat and it being healthy at the same time.  KidQuest Unlimited will provide healthy snacks such as fruit cups, graham crackers, apple juice and the like.   All the stuff that kids like, and its nutritious!  If meals are not provided or arranged by the event organizer, parents may bring meals to their children on-site or pick their children up during meal time.

SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN – Are you able to accept special needs children?  Yes.  If the child can function in a mainstream setting with little to no danger to himself or others, our specialized team managers can easily include them in our program.  We have a great partnership with a non-profit organization that deals specifically with special needs children.

STAFF – Tell me about your staff.  Our team members are professional, infant & child CPR trained and certified and have all cleared a stringent criminal and reference check before joining our team.  We recruit only those persons who have a genuine love for the care of children.  KidQuest team members are made up of loving mothers, childcare workers, grandparents, educational & early childhood development students, teachers and those who have experience with the care of children.
